Ministry of Justice/NOMS
Throughout 2008 we provided Change Management expertise to support the continued rollout of Oracle HR to field teams and self service users in over 30 business units.

HM Prison Service

Bespoke eLearning development using Oracle UPK (User Productivity Kit) to train over 12,000 users in Oracle Self Service. Training evaluation services. Third party eLearning vendor management. Core HR training for HR Business Partners embarking on a new HR Operating Model in a Shared Services environment. iProcurement, Purchase to Pay, and Financials training.

Belron Group / Autoglass UK & Eire

Training and support in Financials & HRMS for pan-European roll-out of 11.5.9 (upgrade from 10.7 in UK, Ireland new to Oracle). Delivered training across all core finance modules and HR, but specialised in AR and a bespoke order management system (using Remedy Action Request)

NHS, UK
To assist 6 NHS Prmary Care Trusts in the prepartaion for a move to a Shared Financial Services Centre we developed and delivered 5 separate Oracle FInancials training courses.

Oracle Corporation, UK
Oracle invited us to support them in training and supporting their client, HM Prison Service, as they prepared to rollout 11i Financials. A number of weeks were spent preparing and delivering on site training, support and assessment ofusers ready for go live.

UK Home Office
We ran a Trainer the Trainer and Educate the 'Model Office Trial' (UAT) team for the Home Office as they prepared to roll out Oracle 11i (Financials, Procurement, and Human Resources) for the first time. Once live we also spent time planning the reports training strategy for senior management and key users across the eBusiness Suite.

University of Oxford
The Unviversity of Oxford is implementing Oracle Financials 11i for the first time and we helped them to develop a complete set of training manuals covering all core modules.

Barclays Bank, UK
After supplying Barclays with a number of Oracle procurement based training courses in 2000, we were asked in 2002 to provide a simulation of their latest sourcing solutions for their Sales Teams across the UK. The aim was to provide a demonstration facility that could be used both as a training aid for staff and customers, and a sales demonstration tool. The system, developed using Shockwave, was web-enabled and could be viewed from the Barclays intranet as well as sales laptops out in the field.
